Pokken Tournament DX has finally received its first wave of DLC in the form of Aegislash as a playable Pokemon as well as two new support Pokemon with Mimikyu and Mega Rayquaza. How these guys will change the game, I have no idea. I probably should pick up the game but I am excited to see how Aegislash is implemented in the game and for anyone out there please tell me if there is any way that the trainer ends up picking up Aegislash and attacking the other Pokemon.
In other news, Nintendo has finally given us a date for their online service for the Switch. Launching in September 2018, this service will cost 3.99 for a month and 19.99 for a year making it considerably cheaper than both Xbox Live's Gold membership and Playstation Plus both at 59.99. As this is the first time that Nintendo has done a paid online service, people have wondered if Nintendo will be able to implement it correctly into their new system. Along with this news, it has been met with varying response from fans everywhere. Some people love that Nintendo will be using these funds to help provide better dedicated servers for their online games while other people see it as Nintendo selling out and alienating fans that don't want to or have never paid for online services.
